Shipping policy

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product that we carry and you expressly agree that the sale will be made under the following conditions: Miguel Acha Salazar reserves the right to reject any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, you will be informed by email of receipt of payment.

By placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to make your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. If we fail to supply any item and you have already ordered payment for it, you will be credited with the amount paid within 30 days of non-acceptance of your order. Furthermore, you reject the right to claim any compensation or compensation for the disappointment suffered. If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item we will contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible. You will be informed when the goods will be available or if there is an option to replace them with others and will inform you of the cost, or offer a full refund. We must receive payment in full of the price of the goods you order before acceptance of the order by us. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an email. Our acceptance of your order represents a legally binding contract between us. We will contact you if we are unable to accept your order for any reason.
